Terms of Use: The LIVIT: Master Insulin Resistance Course

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in or accessing The LIVIT: Master Insulin Resistanceonline course (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”). The Course and its contents are owned and operated by The Nutrition House (Pty) Ltd.

1. Definitions:

• "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"refers to The Nutrition House (Pty) Ltd, the provider of the Course.

• "Course" refers to The LIVIT: Master Insulin Resistance digital programme, including all video modules, PDFs, tools, templates, bonus content, and support materials.

• "You" or "Your" refers to the purchaser, enrollee, or user of the Course.

• "Participation", "Participating", "Using", or "Use" includes watching, downloading, accessing, applying, or engaging with the Course content.

2. Consent:

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing the Course, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you are legally bound by them.

Participation in the Course does not establish a dietitian–client relationship unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership:

All content within the Course — including videos, downloads, recipes, tools, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Nutrition House. You may not distribute, reproduce, modify, share, or republish any part of the Course without our explicit written permission. Unauthorised use will be pursued legally.

5. No Sharing:

Your enrolment provides access for one individual only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

6. Results Disclaimer:

While this Course is designed using evidence-based strategies to support insulin resistance, weight loss, and hormone health, we make no guarantees regarding individual outcomes. Results may vary and depend on many factors, including your health history, consistency, and lifestyle.

7. No Warranties:

The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Course will be free from errors or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nutrition House shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or use of the Course.

9. Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of the Course, all purchases are final. No refunds will be granted once access is granted.

10. Arbitration Clause:

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). Arbitration will take place in South Africa and be conducted in English.

11. Jurisdiction:

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of South Africa. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of South Africa.

12. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and The Nutrition House regarding access and use of the Course. No other verbal or written communication shall alter or amend these Terms unless agreed upon in writing.
